Nadia was at first offered a part-time position after a visit to the 28East office. This initial role evolved into a full-time position, marking the beginning of a rewarding career. Over the past six years, Nadia has grown within the company, finding her niche and contributing significantly to various projects. “I found my place in life at 28East. Nadia will soon be navigating a new territory of balancing her professional responsibilities with motherhood. “It’s a new journey, but I have full confidence in the support system at 28East,” she says. Initially hesitant, Nadia decided to take on the challenge, supported by her colleagues. “Achieving the certification was a proud moment. It showed that women, even those not in traditionally technical roles, can excel in this industry,” she recounts.
